舒淇在2017年賀歲片《健忘村》飾演土味十足的「村花」，卻多達５套造型，她在定裝時被說穿什麼都一臉貴氣，怎麼看也不土，笑說：「穿古裝都像穿時裝，也不明白為什麼。」試穿藍色村姑裝時，她索性面對鏡頭擺出「時尚Look」，大家看了都大喊：「好Fashion（時髦）喔！」
男主角王千源與張孝全的服裝也各有特色，王千源飾演的神祕客，身穿三層以上大紅袍，每次得花半小時才能穿完。張孝全的造型看似簡單，但為表現出武功高強的鐵漢子形象，不時要露出黝黑精壯肌肉，上戲前要先花一小時塗黑全身。不過，在恆春拍戲時，他經常跑去海邊衝浪，不到２周已曬黑，省下抹黑皮膚的時間。
林美秀在片中大展武功，劇組也為她訂做特殊服裝，而特地來台演出的影帝曾志偉，雖戲分不多，但在片中身分非常「貴重」，服裝金光閃閃，一出場就震懾全場，他再三稱讚：「這衣服好好看好好穿，都不想脫下來了。」監製李烈得知，二話不說將戲服送給曾志偉，他感動不已：「做村民是很幸福的！」
