美國總統當選人川普和台灣總統蔡英文通電話，創下1979年美台斷交以來的首次，引起國際關注。中國外交部已向美國提出「嚴正交涉」，並怪罪台灣在搞小動作。

中國外交部發言人耿爽，今天（3日）下午透過官網，發表聲明指出，中國注意到有關報導，已就此向美國有關方面提出嚴正交涉。聲明中重申「一個中國」的主張，聲稱「一個中國」原則，是美中關係的政治基礎，敦促美方，信守奉行一中政策、遵守美中3個聯合公報，妥善處理涉台問題，避免美中關係受到不必要的干擾。（民視新聞綜合報導）
